Job Title: Sales & Application Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Sales & Application Engineer with a strong background in industrial valves and flow control solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support, and developing tailored solutions to meet customer requirements across Oil & Gas, Power, Water, and Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:

· Promote and sell a wide range of industrial valves and related products.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research and networking.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

· Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and system proposals to clients.

· Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and technical submittals in coordination with internal teams.

· Liaise with principals/manufacturers for techno commercial supports to address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on product knowledge and technical expertise.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical expertise and insights to clients.

· Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding the application and benefits of the products and services.

· Develop and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, end users, and consultants.

· Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and commissioning assistance if any.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities.

· Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.

· Collaborate with Manufactures and internal teams to address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

· 2-4 years of experience in sales for industrial valves or flow control products.

Proven experience dealing with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water, and Power industry clients

· Strong technical and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret P&IDs, datasheets, and specifications.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Valid UAE/GCC driving license.
