Sales and Application Engineer

Job Summary:

The Indoor Sales and Application Engineer at Winter Refrigeration will be responsible for providing technical support and sales assistance to both our internal sales team and our customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate refrigeration solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and application of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

· Provide technical assistance and support to the sales team for refrigeration products and solutions.

· Develop and present tailored product proposals and demonstrations to customers.

· Prepare detailed quotations, technical documentation, and product specifications.

Technical Expertise:

· Analyze customer requirements and applications to recommend suitable refrigeration systems and components.

· Offer expert advice on system design, configuration, and operation.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product application and performance.

Customer Interaction:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

· Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure product satisfaction and address any concerns.

· Collaborate with clients to identify new opportunities and provide solutions that enhance their operations.

Product Knowledge:

· Stay updated on the latest developments in refrigeration technology and industry trends.

· Continuously enhance product knowledge through training, research, and manufacturer resources.

Documentation and Reporting:

. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical solutions, and sales activities.

· Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market analysis.

Team Collaboration:

· Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and products are delivered as specified.

· Provide feedback on product improvements based on customer input and market needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience in Industrial Refrigeration)
• Work experience minimum 1-2 years
• Good communication skills in English
• Willing to develop/extend skills with new challenges
• Being attentive and having a sharp eye on the details
• Good at making presentations and pitches
• Strong written and oral communication skills are needed to effectively solicit and close business projects.
