Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and customer relationship management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Sales certifications or training are a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and business development roles, preferably in the B2B sector. Experience in managing a sales team is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, problem-solving aptitude, leadership qualities, and adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
- In-depth understanding of sales techniques, market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory frameworks within the industry.
