Key Responsibilities

  • Constantly seeking ways to enhance sales processes, innovate in client engagement strategies, and adapt to market changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Engaging with clients, conducting presentations, negotiating deals, and representing the company in various technical and customer-facing interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and customer relationship management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Sales certifications or training are a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and business development roles, preferably in the B2B sector. Experience in managing a sales team is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, problem-solving aptitude, leadership qualities, and adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
  • In-depth understanding of sales techniques, market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory frameworks within the industry.
