Sales and Business Development Executive

  • Sales Executive – Laboratory Testing Services

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote laboratory testing services including Microbiological, Chemical, Environmental, Geotechnical, and Construction Material Testing.
  • Identify new clients in industries such as construction, food, water, environmental, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and companies requiring testing services.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and service proposals.
  • Coordinate with laboratory departments to understand testing scope and client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to explain testing services and technical capabilities.
  • Follow up with clients regarding sample submission, testing status, and reports.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
  • Support marketing activities including presentations, client visits, and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a testing laboratory or similar technical service industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
  • Ability to communicate with Arabic-speaking clients and government authorities will be preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and food/water/material regulations is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license
