Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting outbound calls to potential customers from a curated list, focusing on online UG/PG/MBA programs.
- Introduce and explain the benefits of College Gyan’s services and educational offerings to prospective students.
- Engage with prospective students to understand their needs and recommend the best courses tailored to them.
- Support the sales team in addressing customer queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest in our programs but have not yet enrolled.
- Stay updated with the latest education trends, College Gyan’s offerings, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
