Job Title: Sales and Business development Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to accelerate the company’s growth. The role will focus on acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting Accounting Bookkeepers as a strategic partner for accounting and financial management services.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the client base across industries.
-Identify and target prospective clients through market research, networking, cold email, digital outreach, and referrals.
-Engage clients to understand their needs and present tailored accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and BPO solutions.
-Prepare customized proposals and presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our services.
-Maintain and track leads, opportunities, and sales forecasts using CRM tools; consistently achieve sales targets.
-Build and nurture long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
-Stay updated on global accounting standards, tax regulations, and outsourcing trends to refine offerings.
-Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and seamless service delivery.
-Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and online platforms to enhance visibility and reputation.
-Building and maintaining a professional network for future opportunities and partnerships.
Qualifications:
-Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing.
Experience and Skills:
-Must have 4–7 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition in accounting, finance, outsourcing, or professional services.
-Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication in English
-Ability to simplify and present financial services clearly to clients
-Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
