We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth for our Accounting & Auditing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in accounting, auditing, VAT, tax, and advisory services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and startups
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify new sectors and potential clients
• Coordinate with internal audit and accounting teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and business forums

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales & business development within accounting, auditing, or professional services
• Strong understanding of accounting, audit, VAT, and compliance services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong client-handling and relationship management abilities
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
• UAE driving license preferred
