Sales and Business Development Manager

Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Business Development Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business footprint. As part of our team in Bahrain - Manama, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, interacting directly with clients and stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, engage key accounts, and establish strong business partnerships across varied sectors, including large organizations and government entities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on large organizations and government clients.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue generation and strengthen client engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful proposals, agreements, presentations, and reports tailored to client and organizational needs.
  • Represent the company at external industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our capabilities and offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies and high-quality client deliverables.
  • Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities and recommend strategic actions for continued growth.

Must have requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer management, ideally involving significant interaction with large organizations or government stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English, with fluency in written and verbal forms.
  • Strong adaptability and resilience, demonstrating a commitment to achieving goals and consistently driving business growth.
  • Outstanding presentation and client engagement abilities, with the talent to build rapport and credibility.
