Sales and Business Development Specialist

IBSTEC is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in freelance platforms and digital sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other online platforms, converting qualified leads into long-term clients, and contributing directly to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other online platforms
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients for IT and digital services
• Prepare and submit customized proposals, bids, and sales presentations
• Execute LinkedIn lead generation, cold outreach, and follow-up strategies
• Build strong client relationships from first contact to deal closure
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop accurate proposals
• Negotiate pricing, project scope, and timelines to close deals successfully
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, proposals, and closed sales
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• Explore new sales channels and strategies to maximize business opportunities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably via freelance platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, Fiverr sales, and LinkedIn outreach
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and closing deals
• Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities efficiently
• Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital marketing is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-focused mindset
