Sales and Business Development Specialist (BPO)

IBSTEC is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist (BPO) to help expand our international client base. The ideal candidate will have experience in BPO business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, conduct meetings with international clients, and close deals that drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach to international prospects
  • Schedule and lead online meetings with potential clients
  • Present company services and propose tailored BPO solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure new business
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
  • Maintain sales pipeline and track activities through CRM or reporting tools
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development in the BPO industry
  • Proven experience in international client acquisition
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
  • Experience in cold calling and outbound sales
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling BPO / outsourcing services to international clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Strong convincing and closing skills
