Sales and Customer Service

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Sales and Communication Officer (Female Hindi/Urdu Speaking ) to support our business growth and public presence. This dual-role position involves driving sales, managing customer relationships, executing communication strategies, and overseeing social media channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and results-driven, with strong skills in both sales and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct product or service presentations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company goals.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company’s brand visibility.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok etc).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, and video) aligned with brand voice.
• Monitor social media analytics, respond to messages and comments, and adjust strategy as needed.
• Support the planning and promotion of events, campaigns, and product launches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, communications, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills (In hindi and Urdu)

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
