Job Role: Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Customer Care Executive to join our team. This is an onsite role at our Saharanpur office, offering a competitive salary and attractive incentives with no sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY

· Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.

· Engage with customers via phone, email, or in-person to ensure a seamless experience.

· Promote Aarsun Woods’ products and services to drive customer satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

· Collaborate with the sales team to support business objectives.

Requirements:

· Mandatory: Excellent fluency in English (both verbal and written).

· Preferred: Prior experience in sales or customer service.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work onsite at our Saharanpur office.

· Proactive attitude and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
