Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries from potential customers regarding iBots
products and services.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads, existing customers, and partners to drive
sales conversions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
- Maintain call logs, track inquiries, and update Excel sheets regularly.
- Follow up with customers for order closures, payment updates, and after-sales
support.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order
execution.
- Contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team for
product/service improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (any discipline), preferably with experience in telesales / inside sales /
customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi/Telugu/Kannada is an
added advantage).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Interest in electronics, IoT, and an understanding of engineering/electronic
materials.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, IoT, or engineering products is a plus (training will
be provided).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
