Sales and Design Consultant

Granite Empire is a fast-growing kitchen renovation company specializing in cabinets and countertops, and we are looking for a high-performing Sales & Design Consultant to join our showroom team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with clients, closing deals, and helping homeowners transform their kitchens.

We are looking for someone who is competitive, outgoing, and confident in sales. Our top performers sell $80K–$120K+ per month, and this role is ideal for someone who wants to grow and succeed in a strong sales environment.

You will work alongside experienced consultants and help clients design and purchase their kitchen renovation projects.

What You Will DoSales & Client Consultation

• Meet with showroom visitors and qualified leads interested in kitchen renovations
• Understand client needs and guide them through cabinet and countertop options
• Present solutions and confidently ask for the sale
• Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

Design Guidance

• Assist clients with kitchen layout ideas and cabinet selections
• Use design software such as SketchUp, 2020 Design, or similar programs
• Help clients visualize their kitchen project and finalize selections

Cross-Selling Opportunities

• Identify opportunities to sell cabinets and countertops together
• Collaborate with team members to maximize project opportunities

Client Experience

• Deliver an exceptional showroom experience
• Build trust with clients making significant investments in their homes
• Help resolve client concerns and provide solutions when needed

What We Are Looking For Required

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident in closing deals and asking for the sale
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline

Preferred

• Kitchen, cabinet, countertop, or home improvement sales experience
• Experience with SketchUp, 2020 Design, ProKitchen, or similar design software
• Interior design or kitchen design experience

Compensation

• Base salary + commission
• Performance-based earnings

Typical earnings range:
$70,000 – $120,000+ per year depending on performance.
