Sales and Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales & Front Desk receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, supporting daily administrative operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, emails)
  • Promote gym memberships, services, and packages
  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of members and sales
  • Manage bookings, schedules, and front desk operations
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and/or administrative roles (fitness industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours if required
