Sales and Leasing - Listing Agent

Nasm Property Investment is seeking a motivated, results‑oriented Listing Agent to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new property listings, particularly for sale and rent, engaging property owners, and managing the full lifecycle of listings. The role involves building strong relationships, conducting market evaluations, and achieving targets with the support of our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively call property owners / landlords to generate leads and secure listings for sale or rent.
• Advise owners on pricing strategies using market research and comparative market analysis.
• Prepare and present listing agreements and necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in Abu Dhabi.
• Publish and manage property listings on all major online portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) and internal CRM.
• Maintain and update listing details: availability, price changes, documentation, photos.
• Track leads & follow‑ups, schedule showings, respond to owner/tenant inquiries, negotiate terms where needed.
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly activity reports: calls made, listings secured, status of each listing.
• Stay informed about market trends, developments, regulations, and competition in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication skills in English & Arabic preferred.
• Ability to cold‑call owners and negotiate with confidence.
• Good understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate market: pricing trends, areas, regulations.
• Well‑organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple listings and tasks.
• Comfortable using a CRM system, online portals, MS Office tools.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, with a strong work ethic.
