- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.
- Other Skills: Time management, ability to work independently, and a willingness to travel frequently are also important.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions.
- Product Promotion: Promote and sell medical products, devices, or services by presenting them to potential clients and providing product demonstrations.
- Marketing & Campaigns: Assist in and lead marketing initiatives, including promotional events, digital marketing campaigns, and community outreach.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Customer Support: Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries.
