Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job Overview
Thunderbird Pools & Spas is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our sales and marketing efforts by assisting in the development and execution of various marketing strategies. This role will involve working closely with the sales team to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to overall business growth.

Duties

• Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments.
• Manage inbound leads and follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media.
• Support marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media posts, promotions, and community events.
• Help create content for digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google Business, etc.).
• Track marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
• Maintain marketing materials and coordinate updates to the website and online listings.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Provide office clerical support.

Skills

• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
• Experience with social media marketing across various platforms such as Facebook Advertising.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively
• Basic understanding of HTML for website management tasks is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Work Location: In person
