About The Petnest Hospital

The Petnest Hospital is a premier veterinary care facility in Kazhakootam dedicated to providing compassionate and advanced medical services for pets. We are looking for a dynamic, pet-loving professional to join our team in a hybrid role that combines sales growth, relationship management, and creative marketing.

The Role

This is a unique, multi-faceted position. You will be the face of our hospital for new clients, the "voice" of our brand online, and the key point of contact for maintaining long-term relationships with our pet parents.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Growth

  • Promote hospital services, wellness packages, and premium pet products to visiting clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services (e.g., grooming, dental care, or preventive check-ups).
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries from social media and walk-ins.

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Maintain a detailed database of clients and their pets’ medical history.
  • Send personalised reminders for vaccinations, follow-up appointments, and birthdays.
  • Gather feedback and reviews to ensure The Petnest maintains a 5-star reputation.

3. Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage the hospital’s social media presence (Instagram/Facebook) by posting engaging content, "patient of the day" stories, and educational tips.
  • Assist in organizing community outreach programs or local pet events.
  • Design basic promotional flyers or digital posters (using tools like Canva).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in Sales, Customer Support, or Front Office (Experience in healthcare or the pet industry is a major plus).
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Malayalam. You must be able to talk comfortably with pet parents.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, social media platforms, and basic design tools.
  • Personality: Must be a "pet person"—comfortable around dogs, cats, and other small animals.
