Institutional Sales Representative

Nexensus is a data and software fintech company operating in the banking and NBFC space seeking a results-driven Institutional Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is perfect for a sales professional who thrives in B2B environments and has experience working with enterprise-level clients and institutional decision-makers.

Position Summary

We are looking for an Institutional Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with institutional clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, while managing complex enterprise sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Prospecting

- Identify and reach out to senior management and C-level executives at target institutions

- Conduct strategic LinkedIn prospecting and social selling activities

- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and business events

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects

Sales Process Management

- Manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) and tender processes from start to finish

- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs

- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions

- Handle all sales-related paperwork and documentation

Client Relationship Management

- Provide end-to-end project handholding for new implementations

- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing institutional clients

- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery

- Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts

- Ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities

Administrative & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records in CRM system

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) for seamless project delivery

Required Qualifications

Experience

- 1-3 years of sales experience

- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex decision-making processes

- Background in tender and RFQ management

Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities

- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling techniques

- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

- Ability to understand technical software solutions and translate them into business value

Personal Attributes

- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Travel Requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
