Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Luxury Hospitality)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support and enhance our sales and marketing efforts. This role plays a vital part in business development activities, client relationship management, and the coordination of initiatives that elevate the restaurant’s brand visibility and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain and update client databases, monitor leads, and follow up with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, proposals, and other commercial documentation for management review.
  • Coordinate closely with restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery and outstanding guest experiences.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to client engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or marketing coordination, ideally within luxury hospitality or fine-dining environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, premium hospitality setting.

Experience:

  • Sales and Marketing Coordinator in Luxury Hospitality: 3 years (Preferred)
