The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be joining Hitachi Energy to drive sales in Utility and Energy T&D segments and meet regional targets.
How you’ll make an impact
- Building strong client relationships and position Hitachi Energy competitively.
- Identifying, creating, and maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline in Salesforce to support overall business sales targets.
- Supporting Account Managers and creating sales plans.
- Ensuring compliance and uphold safety and integrity values.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborating with Pre-Sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Growing accounts, increasing penetration, and achieving business goals.
- Driving revenue growth through strategic account development.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering value-added solutions.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/power engineering.
- 4–6 years in energy industry sales/account management.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
