Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our flex printing and signage solutions to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for flex printing and signage solutions.
• Meet and communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups with potential leads.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (printing/advertising industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
