SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for building contracting projects (industrial, commercial, residential).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government entities, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to potential clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Monitor tender portals, newspapers, and industry sources for project leads.
  • Coordinate with estimation and technical teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals.
  • Maintain a database of prospective and current clients for follow-ups and pipeline management.
  • Visit project sites to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Gather competitor intelligence (pricing, services, and strategies) to maintain a competitive edge.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
  • Manage digital marketing (website, social media, email campaigns, SEO) to enhance visibility.
  • Prepare company profiles, brochures, prequalification documents, and marketing materials.
  • Organize participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with management to design promotional campaigns and advertisements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, preparing reports for management.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support management in business development strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback on client requirements.
  • Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Represent the company professionally in client and stakeholder meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
