Sales and Marketing Executive

Diet Café Nutrition Center is a pioneer in healthy dining and wellness solutions in Qatar. We specialize in providing nutritious meal plans, diet memberships, and slimming programs tailored to our clients’ lifestyles. To expand our reach and strengthen our brand presence, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales and marketing executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Diet Café’s healthy meal memberships, slimming programs, and catering services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate accounts.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
• Prepare and deliver engaging proposals, sales presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the nutrition and operations team to create targeted offers and promotions.
• Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and marketing ROI.
• Represent Diet Café at health, fitness, and lifestyle events to enhance brand exposure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing (experience in F&B, health, fitness, or wellness industry is a strong advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Fluency in English is required (Arabic is an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
