Shanzil Properties is a fast-growing real estate firm located in Karachi. We provide a professional and supportive environment where team members are encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed. We are currently hiring a driven and confident Sales and Marketing Executive to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
• Promote and market residential and commercial real estate projects
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing strategies
• Maintain records of sales activity and provide regular reporting to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales (any industry).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms is a plus

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM with a holiday on a weekday.
