Sales and Marketing Executive

The Sales and Marketing Executive role oversees and executes all sales and marketing activities to drive business growth and revenue targets. The BDE is responsible for strategic client engagement, which includes attending all appointments, preparing and giving effective product presentations tailored to client needs, follow-ups, and actively working to maintain good and strong relationships with clients for long-term loyalty. A core focus is generating sales leads and opportunities and successfully converting them into closed deals. Additionally, a critical part of the job is the performance analysis ensuring productivity goals are met, providing mentorship, and optimizing the team's contribution to overall sales and marketing success.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
