Sales:
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and close sales
- Promote and sell electric vehicles (EVs) to walk-in and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EV models and finance options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and explain product features.
- Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into buyers.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of EVs, including specifications, benefits, and incentives.
- Assist customers with loan/financing, insurance, and registration processes.
- Stay updated with EV industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and delivery process is followed.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the automotive market
- Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends
- Manage digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.)
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and showroom displays
- Coordinate with dealerships, service centers, and suppliers
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of automobile features, specifications, and trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools
- Customer relationship management
- Understanding of local market and consumer behavior
- Sales forecasting and reporting
Typical Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automotive Engineering
- Automotive sales or dealership experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (EV experience preferred).
