Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting marketing activities to promote the company’s products and services.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers through cold calls, emails, visits, and references
- Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, price negotiations, and order finalization
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution and payments
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
Marketing Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements
- Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and emails
- Promote new products and services to customers
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing activities
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused and result-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for customer visits
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Manufacturing / Industrial background preferred)
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered
Preferred Industry Experience
- Manufacturing / Engineering / CNC / Auto components / Industrial products
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
