Sales and Marketing Executive

We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive – Health & Safety Training

Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Full-time | 6 Days a Week

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our Health & Safety training programs, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a blend of sales, marketing, and client engagement, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

-Sales & Business Development

-Identify and engage potential clients across oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, and corporate sectors

-Promote Aspire’s HSE training portfolio (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, First Aid, Fire Safety, etc.)

-Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demos

-Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly/quarterly targets

-Prepare proposals, quotations, and training agreements

-Develop long-term relationships with HR, Training, and HSE teams

Marketing & Branding

-Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost course visibility

-Manage social media, digital ads, and email marketing

-Coordinate with the marketing team on brochures, flyers, and promotional content

-Represent Aspire at exhibitions, career fairs, and corporate events

-Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer needs

-Customer Relationship Management

-Deliver excellent service to prospective and existing clients

-Follow up on leads, inquiries, and registrations

-Maintain accurate CRM records

-Coordinate with training operations for smooth course delivery

-Reporting & Coordination

-Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

-Work with training coordinators to align schedules with market demand

-Provide market insights and feedback to management

Qualifications & Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

2–4 years of sales/marketing experience (training, education, or HSE preferred)

-Understanding of NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA standards is an advantage

-Strong communication and presentation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)

-Valid Saudi driving license

-Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

-Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Skills

-B2B sales experience

-Knowledge of Saudi market dynamics (Eastern Province preferred)

-Digital marketing skills (SEO, social media ads, content creation)

CRM proficiency
