Sales and Marketing Executive

Hire My Tech is hiring a Sales and Marketing Executive for one of our UK-based clients, a London-based institute specializing in accounting and finance training and education.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can contribute to sales and marketing activities and grow with a supportive and fast-paced organization. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in sales and marketing and gain hands-on experience.

Job Type: Remote
Working Hours: UK Timings, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager

• Handling incoming calls from prospective and existing customers, answering queries, and providing information

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers and sharing product details

• Booking consultations/appointments with senior consultants

• Following up with prospective customers regularly

• Communicating with customers via email and text messages

• Maintaining daily and monthly reports (formats provided by management)

• Ensuring the booking calendar is accurate and up to date

Skills & Requirements

• Accounts background ACCA or CA is mandatory

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Excellent telephone and communication skills

• Experience in telesales

• Sales and marketing skills

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities

• Attention to detail

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Call center experience will be a plus
