As part of our expansion, we are hiring a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive for our Wedding Hall division to drive bookings, increase brand visibility, and strengthen client relationships.

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating wedding and event bookings, executing marketing strategies, and building long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and corporate partners. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in wedding halls, banquets, or event sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase wedding hall bookings

2. Generate leads through digital marketing, field visits, and networking

3. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor positioning

4. Manage client inquiries, site visits, and deal closures

5. Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings

6. Coordinate with event operations team for seamless client handover Build relationships with wedding planners, decorators, caterers, and vendors

7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

8. Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Minimum 2–3 years of sales & marketing experience in wedding halls, banquet halls, or event management

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills

3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets

4. Market planning and research capability

5. Confident personality with strong presentation skills

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
