Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Odoo Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting Odoo ERP solutions, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for technology, ERP solutions, and sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers for Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Odoo’s features and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs and recommend the best Odoo modules to optimize their business processes.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on Odoo’s latest features, modules, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of Odoo solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid Qatar driving license and own car (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in ERP sales, software sales, or business development is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP and its functionalities is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for business automation solutions.
  • Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
