Sales and Marketing Head

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee wholesale / Retail Jewellery operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Handle inventory control, product sourcing, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal departments for seamless operations
  • Analyze market trends and recommend growth strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 10 to 15 years of overall experience in the Jewellery industry (mandatory)
✅At least 5 years of experience in the UAE
✅Strong understanding of wholesale Jewellery operations
✅Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
✅Knowledge of local and international market trends

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the [Industry Name] industry.
  • Offers a proven track record of successfully developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that have resulted in significant revenue growth.
