Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive – IIT Fresher

Location: Gujarat, Ahmedabad, Shyamal.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and high-potential Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates from IITs who are eager to launch their careers in a high-impact business development and marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the company’s products/services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, networking, and digital outreach.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
• Support the sales team in managing client relationships and closing deals.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to improve strategies and report on KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, tech, and customer success to align sales goals with overall company objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from IIT in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for marketing, sales, and business development.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Self-driven, with a learning mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and marketing analytics platforms is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Internship/project experience in business, sales, or marketing roles.
• Experience with digital marketing, SEO, LinkedIn outreach, or content marketing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership potential.
