Sales and Marketing Intern

Sthetix Global is a fast-growing brand in the aesthetic and wellness industry, offering advanced technologies, premium devices, and wellness solutions. We are expanding across B2B and B2C formats and are looking for a motivated intern to support our sales and marketing operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Tasks:

• Assist the sales team in generating leads through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a database of clinics, wellness centers, and B2C prospects.
• Support in scheduling product demos, meetings, and consultations.
• Follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and share information accordingly.
• Help in tracking sales performance and monthly targets.

Marketing Tasks:

• Assist in social media content creation, posting, and engagement.
• Support SEO, keyword research, and basic website updates.
• Work with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
• Help in creating presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Conduct competitor and market research.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed graduation/MBA (Marketing preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
• Eagerness to learn, multitask, and take initiative.
• Ability to work from office (Gurugram).
