We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team.
Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Representative will be responsible for managing the showroom operations, building strong relationships with architects, designers, and clients, and ensuring smooth execution on-site for product selections and measurements. The ideal candidate should have a blend of sales acumen, marketing skills, and field execution ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Showroom Management
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the showroom.
- Showcase furniture, finishes, and product ranges effectively.
- Maintain showroom displays, product samples, and presentation standards.
- Sales & Client Relationship
- Meet and build relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requirements.
- Prepare and share product presentations, quotations, and proposals.
- Site Visits & Coordination
- Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and selections.
- Assist clients and designers in product selection based on site requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations and installation team for smooth execution.
- Marketing Activities
- Promote Atco Interiors’ products and services to target clients.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.
- Reporting & Targets
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Maintain regular MIS reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.
- Provide market insights, competitor activity reports, and feedback to management.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in interiors, furniture, or building materials).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
- Energetic, self-driven, and customer-focused personality.
