Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager – Interior Design (Commercial Projects)

Experience: 7+ years in sales/marketing roles within the interior design, architecture, or real estate sector

We are looking for a strategic, target-driven, and design-savvy Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of commercial interior design projects. This role involves overseeing both sales and marketing operations with a focus on business development, brand positioning, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in commercial interiors, a strong professional network, and a deep understanding of client needs in corporate, retail, hospitality, and institutional sectors.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in target markets.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, corporate decision-makers, architects, developers, and consultants.
  • Develop and manage a strong project pipeline; oversee the full sales lifecycle – from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Create customized proposals, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies in collaboration with design and project teams.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies.

Marketing Strategy

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Oversee development of marketing materials – brochures, case studies, digital ads, social media, and website content.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams for PR, content, SEO, and social media initiatives.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales and marketing executives.
  • Set performance goals,and drive accountability across the department.
  • Align marketing and sales initiatives with overall company objectives.

Client & Project Coordination

  • Work closely with design, project management, and procurement teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Manage client handovers and post-project relationship development for repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably with interior design firms or design-build companies handling commercial clients.
  • Deep understanding of commercial design processes, timelines, and decision-making hierarchies.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
