About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives in an innovative EdTech environment focused on STEM education for school students. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, increase brand awareness, and engage with our target audience through digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed annual targets.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure consistent growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize products, workshops, and seminars for better market reach.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to conversion and retention.

2. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Create and execute a robust social media plan across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Medium, and YouTube.
  • Develop and oversee engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs) to increase brand engagement.
  • Monitor analytics to measure the impact of campaigns and optimize based on insights.

3. Outreach & Event Management

  • Plan and coordinate exhibitions, workshops, and community events to showcase STEM programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, schools, and partners.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with leads from events to convert them into business opportunities.

4. Website & Digital Presence

  • Oversee the maintenance, accuracy, and SEO optimization of the company website.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to enhance user experience and digital visibility.

5. Brand Outreach & Communications

  • Manage creation and distribution of newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with media outlets for coverage, interviews, and feature articles.
  • Drive storytelling initiatives that align with the brand’s mission and values.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in education, EdTech, or STEM-related sectors.
  • Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.
  • Passion for STEM education and making a social impact through learning innovation.
