Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager with proven experience in the education or training sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and driving strategies to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a monthly sales and marketing plan to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
• Develop effective marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote the institute’s courses.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with educational institutions and corporate clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the education industry.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and open houses to attract prospective students.
• Maintain and update the student inquiry and lead database, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
• Work closely with the management team to plan seasonal promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in an education or training institute.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
