Job Overview
We are seeking a Windows Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts in our beautiful showroom located in Westlake Village. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is eager to contribute to the growth of a meaningful business.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage showroom sales efforts with a focus on high-end, luxury windows.
• Build and nurture relationships with homeowners, designers, architects, and contractors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed goals.
• Represent our brand with professionalism, expertise, and a consultative sales approach.
• Provide personalized guidance to clients to create the best solutions for their projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• A smart, well-educated professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills (college degree required).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury products, windows, construction, or related industries.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
