Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an Aesthetic Adynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and management, with a proven track record in B2B sales, technology sales, and account management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, develop innovative marketing strategies, and foster lasting client relationships. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Aesthetic sales strategies targeting key business clients across various industries.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets through coaching, motivation, and performance monitoring.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze customer data, and optimize account management processes.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing product benefits and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure mutually beneficial deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside Aesthetic sales with a focus on B2B markets, technology solutions, or related fields.
  • Strong management skills with prior leadership experience in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account management within a competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency with Sales force or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop targeted strategies.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $50,181.67 - $60,433.84 per year
