Sales and Marketing Manager - Fit-out Industry

Full job description

We are an established Interior Design and Contracting Company located in Dubai, UAE. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Fit-out and Design with excellent market analysis skills and good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies for Interior Design, Decoration, Joinery, MEP, and Exhibition and any other product, business of the company.

2. Weekly reporting and meeting with the Directors for Updates on the performance of the Department.

3. Analyzing potential packages/enquiries received from customers by studying scopes, deadlines and commercial aspects for its feasibility as a viable project prior to designing or pricing.

4. Increasing the Turnover of by generating new Business/Clientele.

5. Managing the Sales & Marketing avenues of the company and ensure personally and the team attains the Sales Target set by the Management.

6. Monthly Sales & Market analysis that will be used as your baseline to present Quarterly Sales Forecast to the Directors.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
