We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager with experience in luxury hotels and high-end fine dining restaurants to drive revenue, elevate brand presence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, strategic marketing, and client relationship management in the luxury segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets across hotel and F&B outlets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand high-value clientele
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and luxury partners
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, PR, social media, and promotional events
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in sales & marketing within luxury hotels and fine dining
- Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality and high-end dining markets
