Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets for the Interior Division.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in interior design, fit-out, and contracting projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, ensuring effective performance and target achievement.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth client handovers.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present progress to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales & marketing within the interior design / fit-out / construction industry in the UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning large-scale interior projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships and maintain client trust.
- Familiarity with UAE market trends and a strong network in the construction and design industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- UAE driving license is a must.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
