Job Summary

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets across assigned markets
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs
• Manage key accounts by building strong relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing exceptional customer service
• Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure favorable terms and close deals efficiently
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and industry research
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using organizational tools like Microsoft Office applications

Skills

• Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a track record of achieving targets
• Strong negotiation skills to facilitate mutually beneficial agreements
• Excellent communication skills for effective product demos and client interactions
• Demonstrated ability in account management and outside sales environments
• Technical aptitude for understanding complex product features and conducting product demos
• Leadership qualities to motivate teams and drive sales initiatives forward
• Analytical skills for market research, sales forecasting, and performance analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint for presentations and reporting
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently
