We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our recruitment company. The role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, attract clients, and engage top talent. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, and employer branding, with a proven ability to generate leads and enhance brand visibility within the recruitment and HR services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote recruitment services across digital and offline channels.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and create engaging content to attract both clients and candidates.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to design targeted campaigns for specific industries, roles, and markets.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and job advertisements.
- Maintain and update the company website to ensure fresh, relevant, and optimized content.
- Support employer branding initiatives and build strong online reputation management.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with external vendors, influencers, and media partners to maximize outreach.
- Organize and participate in networking events, career fairs, and client engagement activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with company objectives and comply with local regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing (experience in recruitment, HR, or professional services preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns).
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and content creation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and CRM/ATS systems is an advantage.
