Sales and Marketing Representative

Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic offline marketing executive to support our team in executing on-ground marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face interactions, has a strong grasp of local culture and language (Malayalam, English, & Hindi), and can independently drive offline promotional efforts.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement offline marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and reach
• Collaborate with local vendors for print ads, banners, signage, and related materials
• Perform regular field visits to identify marketing opportunities and engage with potential partners
• Plan and coordinate local events, promotional drives, and community-based activations
• Gather insights from campaigns and assist in performance analysis
• Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to maintain alignment in messaging and outreach

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fluency in Malayalam, English and Hindi
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Must be open to traveling within the city and occasionally to neighboring areas
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in field or offline marketing preferred
• Should have a valid driving license must
