Senior Sales & Marketing Manager

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our client acquisition, business development, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the UAE market, with proven experience in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and managing high-performance teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across diverse industries in the UAE and GCC region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet KPIs and exceed performance goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to design effective campaigns and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and business reports to clients and management.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales pipelines to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and business forums.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within a marketing, media, or advertising agency.
  • Strong network and knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
