Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our products, and closing sales while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads for windows and doors sales.
• Promote company products through marketing campaigns, social media, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales and marketing (preferably in construction, home improvement, or related industries).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media promotion is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
